93 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 9, § 015 - Service Date Adjustments
The employee's service date will be adjusted when an unpaid absence exceeds fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days except when an employee is still eligible for workers' compensation payments. The adjustment will correspond to the number of days the employee is on unpaid leave.
