97 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 12, § 008 - Subleasing; Time Requirements
Applications to sublease educational land shall be made on a year-to-year basis. Applications for renewal shall be made at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of an existing, Board approved, sublease period.
