97 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 7, § 005 - Time Limit on Construction of Improvement
The construction or establishment of improvements on educational land must take place within one year of the date of Board approval except that in a Great Plains Contract the improvement must be completed according to the date specified in the Contract.
