Nev. Admin. Code § 119B.320 - Improvements
No improvement in or related to the campground may be advertised unless it has been completed or installed and is available for use, or the completion or availability is assured through an adequate financial arrangement approved by the division and a contractual obligation of the developer to the purchaser.
