Nev. Admin. Code § 286.040 - Registration for membership
1. To register for membership in the System, an employee must complete the appropriate form. The form must be certified by his or her public employer.
2. The form registering a retired employee of the System who elects to return to membership and is employed by a public employer participating in the System must be clearly marked "retired employee."
