Nev. Admin. Code § 293.187 - Provision of certain information to persons who are elderly or persons with disabilities: Alternative formats

An alternative format for the purposes of providing information concerning elections, information concerning how to register to vote and information concerning the manner of voting for use by a person who is elderly or a person with a disability pursuant to NRS 293.469 includes, without limitation:

1. An audio tape;

2. The telephone;

3. A telecommunications device that is accessible to a person who is deaf;

4. An Internet site; or

5. A closed-captioned video.
