Nev. Admin. Code § 293.411 - Assignment of identification numbers to certain persons

The Secretary of State will assign to each county a series of numbers that must be used by the county clerk in assigning a unique identification number to a person who does not have a current and valid driver's license issued by the Department or a social security number and wishes to register to vote pursuant to NRS 293.507. Before the clerk may issue the person an identification number, the person must sign an affidavit under penalty of perjury pursuant to subsection 5 of NRS 293.507 stating that he or she does not have a current and valid driver's license or a social security number.
