Nev. Admin. Code § 319.032 - Duties; quorum; meeting by telephone

1. The Committee shall:

(a) Advise the Administrator on:

(1) The issuance of obligations;

(2) The development of new programs and the improvement of existing programs;

(3) The Account for Low-Income Housing created by NRS NRS 319.500;

(4) The budget of the Division; and

(5) Recent statutory changes that affect the Division.

(b) Make recommendations for proposed legislation.

2. Five members of the Committee constitute a quorum.

3. A meeting of the Committee may be conducted by using a telephone conference call.
