Nev. Admin. Code § 319.887 - "Eligible family" defined
"Eligible family" means a family of one or more persons whose income is not more than 60 percent of the median income for a family of that size residing in the same county. The median income will be based on statistics from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
