Nev. Admin. Code § 319.920 - Refusal to consider proposal for failure to perform certain obligations
The Division may refuse to consider a proposal for a project if the sponsor, a partner of the sponsor, a member of the project development team or any other party affiliated with the proposal has failed adequately to perform its obligations in regard to an application for a federal tax credit or financing that involves the Division.
