Nev. Admin. Code § 341.015 - Matters requiring action by Board

Unless the authority to take action is delegated by the Board to the Administrator, an action by the Board is required for:

1. The designation of projects, budgets and priorities to be included in the recommended program for capital improvements;

2. The adoption of regulations; and

3. Presiding over appeals relating to:

(a) The qualification of contractors;

(b) The qualification of subcontractors, including, without limitation, the qualification of subcontractors with whom a construction manager at risk intends to enter into a contract; and

(c) Disputes regarding contracts.
