Nev. Admin. Code § 341.220 - Notice of intent to impose administrative penalty and of right to hearing

If the Deputy Administrator for Compliance and Code Enforcement determines, by substantial evidence, that a person has knowingly refused to comply, or has willfully encouraged another person to refuse to comply, with an order issued pursuant to subsection 1 of NRS 341.105, the Deputy Administrator for Compliance and Code Enforcement shall send to that person by certified mail a notice stating that:

1. The Deputy Administrator for Compliance and Code Enforcement intends to impose against the person an administrative penalty pursuant to NAC 341.215; and

2. The person has the right to request a hearing.
