Nev. Admin. Code § 353B.650 - Form of contributions
1. Contributions
may be made in cash only.
2. As
used in this section, "cash" includes checks, electronic funds transfers,
whether through payroll deduction, an automatic contribution plan or otherwise,
and such other methods of payment as determined by the Program Manager and as
permitted under applicable law. The term does not include securities, property,
or charges on debit or credit cards.
