Nev. Admin. Code § 360.Sec. 22 - NEW
A business entity may pay under protest the mining education tax, without waiving or otherwise affecting any right of the business entity to recover any amount determined, through appropriate legal action taken by the business entity against the Department, to have been in excess of the amount of tax lawfully payable.
