Nev. Admin. Code § 361.1405 - "General aircraft" defined
"General aircraft" means civilian aircraft that is:
1. Registered with, and has an airworthiness certificate issued by, the Federal Aviation Administration; and
2. Operated for a purpose other than the commercial transportation of passengers or property.
