Nev. Admin. Code § 361.232 - "Bond rating" defined
"Bond rating" means a classification assigned by financial reporting institutions reflecting relative standings as to risk. The classification may include consideration of management, revenue prospects, regulatory climate, operating costs and many other aspects of business operations.
