Nev. Admin. Code § 385B.108 - Voting membership
1. The voting membership of the Board is as follows:
(a) Two representatives from Administrative Region I, which consists of Washoe County;
(b) One representative from Administrative Region II, which consists of Carson City and Churchill and Douglas counties;
(c) One representative from Administrative Region III, which consists of Elko, Esmeralda, Eureka, Humboldt, Lander, Lincoln, Lyon, Mineral, Nye, Pershing, Storey and White Pine counties;
(d) Five representatives from Administrative Region IV, which consists of Clark County; and
(e) Three representatives who are parents or guardians of a pupil who participates in a sanctioned sport and include:
(1) A resident of a county with a population of 700,000 or more;
(2) A resident of a county with a population of at least 100,000 but not more than 700,000; and
(3) A resident of a county with a population of less than 100,000.
Of the three members selected pursuant to this paragraph, none may be a child or immediate family member of an employee of a school district, charter school or private school.
2. The President of the Board may vote on any item set forth on the agenda of the Board for which a vote is required.
