Nev. Admin. Code § 388.043 - "Gifted and talented" defined

"Gifted and talented" means a person who possesses or demonstrates outstanding ability in one or more of the following:

1. General intelligence;
2. Academic aptitude in a specific area;
3. Creative thinking;
4. Productive thinking;
5. Leadership;
6. The visual arts; or
7. The performing arts.
