Nev. Admin. Code § 388.290 - Required facilities and space

The facilities and the assignment of space to special programs for pupils with disabilities must be comparable to the facilities and space assigned for regular programs in the school. For the purposes of this subsection, "comparable" means substantially equivalent, giving consideration to lighting, acoustics, ventilation, furnishings, materials and the special needs of the pupils enrolled.
