Nev. Admin. Code § 388.484 - Proposal of school district to return person with disability to school district; federal money for proposal; restriction on use of money in subsequent years
1. Each school
district shall submit a proposal to the Department of Education describing
special education and related services designed to return a person with a
disability to the school district and the cost of such services.
2. If federal money is sufficient to pay the
cost of the proposal, the Superintendent of Public Instruction shall make the
necessary arrangements for the school district to provide the services
described in its proposal.
3.
Unless authorized by law, federal money provided pursuant to subsection 2 must
not be used to pay for special education and related services offered by the
school district in subsequent years.
