Nev. Admin. Code § 424.190 - Denial or revocation of license: History of applicant regarding children

Any applicant for a license to operate a foster home or a licensed provider of foster care, who has been investigated by an agency which provides child welfare services and regarding whom a finding of substantiated abuse or neglect of a child has been made by that agency, or whose own children have been in foster care or otherwise placed outside of his home for the purpose of adoption or foster care, must be denied a license to operate a foster home or have his existing license revoked, as applicable.
