Nev. Admin. Code § 424.648 - Application for license: Release of information regarding applicant
An applicant for a license to operate a foster care agency must authorize the release of such information as requested by the licensing authority, including, without limitation, any release necessary to allow the licensing authority to contact any person deemed necessary to evaluate the applicant.
