Nev. Admin. Code § 426.040 - "Net proceeds" defined

"Net proceeds" means the amount of money which remains of the gross income after an operator or trainee has deducted the ordinary and necessary expenses of his or her business, excluding the money which the operator or trainee is required to set aside pursuant to NAC 426.230.
