Nev. Admin. Code § 426.110 - Qualifications for license

To be eligible for a license to operate a vending facility, a person who is blind must:

1. Be a citizen of the United States;

2. Be 18 years of age or older; and

3. Have successfully completed the Bureau's requirements for training.
