Nev. Admin. Code § 433.357 - Financial plan; financial records; financial report
A provider shall:
1.
Develop and maintain a financial plan which ensures that there are sufficient
resources to meet the costs for care of the persons receiving services from the
provider;
2. Maintain financial
records adequate to determine whether the provider meets all the requirements
of sections 2 to 33, inclusive related to finances; and
3. Submit to the Division any financial
report:
(a) Which the Division requests in
writing; and
(b) The need for which
is explained by the Division.
