Nev. Admin. Code § 435.920 - Statement of intent to enter into contract between provider of services and county and school officials and public and private agencies
At least 10 days before entering into a contract pursuant to NRS 435.310, a provider of jobs and day training services must provide the Division with a statement of its intent to enter into the contract.
