Nev. Admin. Code § 439.770 - Request for information
Upon request, the Department will provide information to an applicant relating to the criteria for receiving a subsidy, including, without limitation, any documentation that the Department may require the applicant to provide to the Department to verify that the applicant is eligible to receive a subsidy.
