Nev. Admin. Code § 439.Sec. 34 - NEW

1. An aggrieved person may appeal a decision of the Division concerning:

(a) Any disciplinary action taken against a program facilitator pursuant to section 31 or a program pursuant to section 33; or

(b) The denial of approval of a course of formal training or continuing education for program facilitators pursuant to section 30.

2. An appeal pursuant to this section must be conducted in accordance with NAC 439.300 to 439.395, inclusive.
