Nev. Admin. Code § 439.Sec. 40 - NEW

1. Except as otherwise provided in this section and section 39, all proceedings and investigations resulting from the submission of a complaint pursuant to section 38 are confidential.
2. The Division may, upon the request of any person, release a report of an inspection conducted pursuant to section 37 or the investigation of a complaint pursuant to section 38 after the earlier of:
(a) Fourteen days immediately following the date on which the report is made available to the program or program facilitator, as applicable, that is the subject of the report; or
(b) The date on which a plan of correction is approved pursuant to section 39.
3. If the Division releases a report pursuant to subsection 2, the Division must redact:
(a) The name and any personally identifying information of a person; and
(b) Any other information declared by law to be confidential.
