Nev. Admin. Code § 439B.130 - "Inpatient" defined
"Inpatient" means a patient who:
1. Is formally admitted to a
hospital;
2. Is assigned to a
regularly maintained inpatient bed; and
3. Has an inpatient medical chart initiated
by the hospital.
