Nev. Admin. Code § 441A.Sec. 7 - NEW

The health authority shall investigate each report of a case having coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) or suspected case considered to have coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) to:

1. Confirm the diagnosis;

2. Determine the extent of any outbreak; and

3. Determine the need for measures to prevent, suppress and control the spread of the disease including, without limitation, the need to exclude, isolate or quarantine the case or suspected case and any close contacts of the case or suspected case.
