Nev. Admin. Code § 445B.153 - "Regulated air pollutant" defined
"Regulated air pollutant" means:
1. Nitrogen oxides or any volatile organic compounds;
2. Any pollutant subject to:
(a) A national ambient air quality standard and any constituents or precursors for such pollutants identified by the Administrator;
(b) A standard or requirement adopted pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §
7411; or
(c) A state standard established pursuant to NAC 445B.22097;
3. Any Class I or Class II substance subject to a standard adopted pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§
7671 to 7671q, inclusive; or
4. Any pollutant that otherwise is subject to regulation under the Act, except that any hazardous air pollutant regulated under 42 U.S.C. §
7412 is not a regulated air pollutant unless the hazardous air pollutant is also regulated as a constituent or precursor of an air pollutant listed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §
7408.
