Nev. Admin. Code § 445B.331 - Request for change of location of emission unit

A request for a change of the location of an emission unit must be made in writing to the Director and submitted with the fee of $200 for each emission unit at least 10 days before each change of location. An owner or operator must not operate the emission unit at the new location until the Director approves the location.
