Nev. Admin. Code § 445B.3643 - "Thermal unit that emits mercury" defined
"Thermal unit that emits mercury" means an emission unit which:
1. Is located at a stationary source that conducts precious metals mining; and
2. Emits or has the potential to emit mercury that:
(a) Does not constitute a fugitive emission; and
(b) Is generated by direct or indirect sources of heat energy.
