Nev. Admin. Code § 445B.855 - Advisory Committee on the Control of Emissions From Motor Vehicles: Terms of Chair and Vice Chair; terms, salaries and removal of members

1. Unless removed pursuant to the provisions of subsection 3:
(a) The Chair and the Vice Chair of the Committee serve in that capacity for a term of not more than 2 years, as determined by the Deputy Director of the Department of Motor Vehicles, and may be reappointed.
(b) Each member and alternate member of the Committee serves a term of 2 years and may be reappointed. Any person appointed to replace a member or alternate member before the expiration of his or her term serves during the unexpired portion of that term.
2. Members of the Committee serve without salary.
3. Any member or alternate member of the Committee must be removed upon written request for his or her removal made by the chief administrative officer of the agency he or she represents. Any such request must be submitted to the Deputy Director of the Department of Motor Vehicles.
