Nev. Admin. Code § 445B.885 - Inapplicability of provisions to certain appeals of disciplinary action
The provisions of NAC 445B.875 to 445B.899, inclusive, do not apply to the appeal of a disciplinary action taken by the Division of Environmental Protection of the Department pursuant to the provisions of NAC 445A.974 to 445A.999, inclusive, or 459.99951 to 459.99972, inclusive.
