Nev. Admin. Code § 449.831 - Required certifications and courses for employee or independent contractor who provides services
Each employee or independent contractor of a provider who provides services must:
1. Be
currently certified in standard first aid through a course from the American
Red Cross or American Heart Association or their successor organizations or, if
the applicant submits proof that the course meets or exceeds the requirements
of the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association or their successor
organizations, an equivalent course in standard first aid; and
2. Have successfully completed a course in
cardiopulmonary resuscitation according to the guidelines of the American Red
Cross or American Heart Association or their successor organizations.
