Nev. Admin. Code § 449.843 - Rights of recipient of services
1. Any person who
receives services has the same rights that are afforded to a consumer by
chapter 433 of NRS and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
2. A person has the right to file a complaint
with the Division against a provider in the form prescribed by the
Division.
