Nev. Admin. Code § 449.844 - Facilities: Ownership or lease by operator; limitation on number of residents; compliance with certain state and local requirements
1. A facility must be owned or leased by the
provider who operates the facility.
2. A provider who operates a facility shall
ensure that the facility:
(a) Has not more
than 6 residents; and
(b) Remains
in compliance with all applicable state and local building codes, zoning
requirements and business licensing requirements.
