Nev. Admin. Code § 449.966 - Notice of insufficiency of submitted information
1. If the Department determines that the
information submitted by an institution is insufficient, the Department will
notify the institution of the insufficiency.
2. The institution shall submit the required
information to the Department within 30 days after receipt of the notice of
insufficiency.
