Nev. Admin. Code § 449.99882 - Duration and termination of ban
A ban on admissions:
1. Must be imposed for not less than 72
hours.
2. Must be terminated if the
facility demonstrates that substantial improvements have been made to correct
the deficiencies and that the health, safety and well-being of recipients are
adequately safeguarded.
