Nev. Admin. Code § 453A.010 - Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NAC 453A.020 to 453A.078, inclusive, and sections 2 to 8, inclusive of this regulation have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
