Nev. Admin. Code § 455.335 - Setting of dates for prehearing conference and public hearing; interim relief

If the Commission or presiding officer determines that probable cause exists for a complaint, the Commission or presiding officer shall:

1. Set a date for a prehearing conference;

2. Set a date for a public hearing on the complaint; and

3. Order appropriate interim relief as the Commission or presiding officer deems necessary or prudent.
