Nev. Admin. Code § 457.375 - Standards for and approval of machine
A machine, including its X-ray system and its image receptor system and its components, must meet the requirements set forth in 21 C.F.R. § 900.12 and must be approved for mammography by the United States Food and Drug Administration.
