Nev. Admin. Code § 458.049 - "Prevention program" defined

"Prevention program" means a program that provides services, strategies and activities to the general public and to persons who are at a high risk of having a substance-related disorder which:

1. Are comprehensively structured to reduce individual or environmental risk factors for substance-related disorders;
2. Increase resiliency to substance-related disorders; and
3. Establish protections against substance-related disorders.
