Nev. Admin. Code § 459.093 - "Sanitary sewerage" defined
"Sanitary sewerage" means a system of public sewers for carrying off wastewater and refuse. The term does not include sewage treatment facilities, septic tanks or leach fields owned or operated by a licensee.
