Nev. Admin. Code § 459.128 - Tests

On instruction from the Division, each licensee and registrant shall perform or permit the Division to perform such reasonable tests as the Division deems appropriate or necessary, including, but not limited to, tests of:

1. Sources of radiation;

2. Facilities in which sources of radiation are used or stored;

3. Instruments for detection and monitoring of radiation; and

4. Other equipment and devices used in connection with the use or storage of licensed or registered sources of radiation.
