Nev. Admin. Code § 459.141 - Termination of declaration of woman who has declared her pregnancy

The declaration of a woman who has declared her pregnancy remains in effect until the woman making the declaration:

1. Withdraws the declaration in writing; or
2. Is no longer pregnant.
