Nev. Admin. Code § 459.292 - Specific licenses: Manufacture of calibration and reference sources

An application for a specific license to manufacture calibration and reference sources containing americium - 241, plutonium or radium - 226 to persons generally licensed under NAC 459.224 will be approved subject to the following conditions:

1. The applicant satisfies the general requirement of NAC 459.238; and

2. The applicant satisfies the requirements of 10 C.F.R. §§ 32.57 to 32.59, inclusive, and 10 C.F.R. § 70.39 or their equivalent.
