Nev. Admin. Code § 459.418 - "Coefficient of variation" defined

"Coefficient of variation," abbreviated as "C," means the ratio of the standard deviation to the mean value of a population of observations. It is estimated using the following equation:

s=Estimated standard deviation of the population.

Click here to view image.=Mean value of observations in sample.

Xi=ith observation in sample.

n=Number of observations in sample.
